JOB Economia monitors, since the 1995/1996 crop, the sugar and alcohol markets in the Center South and Northeast Regions. The reports, in Portuguese or English, are published every week and are sent to clients on Monday mornings.  The aim of this report is to indicate prices, the behavior of market players and short-term expectations and give information about the weather, the performance of the harvest and the export situation;

Data is gathered regarding spot market prices and conditions. Thus, we use as  information sources producers, food and beverage manufacturers, fuel distributors, wholesalers, sugar packers, alcohol bottlers, trading companies and market brokers in the Center South and North-Northeast Regions.

The report pretends to do diagnosis of the moment the markets and monitor the timing of the changes thereof.
